Appearance Scheduling:
• Require written contract and 50% booking deposit final 50% payment received date of engagement.
• Appearance schedule allow (2) two weeks prior for event date to secure opportunity.
• All travel expenses for locations not in Las Vegas will need paid airfare, hotel and ground transportation secured at time of contract acceptance.
• Rehearsal schedule, music tracks live or canned need to be secured when written contract is received.
• Entertainer requests are to be included with written contract.
Photo Usage:
Prior to media usage all photos will be provided by Kelly O’Sullivan with a photo usage waver. Any photos taken for special events will be approved prior.
Video & CD Usage:
Prior to submission for media campaigns for show promotion will be provided by Kelly O’Sullivan. Special video and recorded music for media usage will be secure prior to public postings to include website, television, radio and print mediums.
Talent Hiring Fee:
All hiring fees for talent engagement will be negotiated per request.
